ABOUT THE PROJECT
OneCoffeeShift™ is a mentored community project dedicated to helping people ascend to a new level in their life. Through the project, the client is offered a one-, four-, or twelve-session coaching engagement on any subject for one cup of coffee per session. The service is available to anyone born between 1970 and 2005, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, location, or professional and marital status.
OneCoffeeShift™ is powered by decentralized non-profit community Generation Rainbow. The community's purpose is to help young people with the preservation and advancement of their individuality through personal, relational, professional, and social growth. Learn more
The idea of the OneCoffeeShift™ project was ignited in the spring of 2016, when the founder Elena Emma acknowledged two of her imminent needs for professional advancement. She needed to log 500 hours of bona fide coaching for her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, she had been heavily involved for the past three years in private research of the Millennials and their challenges in the personal and professional arena, but she lacked consistent data to back up her theoretical musings. An experimenter by nature with the extraordinary gift of introducing change in a successful and long-lasting way and guiding her fellows through its uneven hills and valleys, she decided to embark upon the intricate journey of helping others on a one-on-one basis while recording her hours and her findings—and thus began her OneCoffeeShift™ journey.
ABOUT US
Elena Emma draws motivation in her business and personal life from experiential fearlessness, deep observational analysis, continuous soul-searching, and never-ending internal and external growth.
Elena has a long-term burning passion for the development and exploration of the human potential. As a diverse author, the mother of two boys, a loving, curious, and spiritual woman. and a dynamic leader with multinational cultural exposure and exceptional influential capabilities, Elena utilizes her background and her passion in working with countless individuals—both in and out of the professional arena—to help them proceed to the next level of their lives.

Elena's professional experience includes over 12 years of diverse experience in the world of startups, consulting in a role of CFO and CPO, and most currently experimenting with startup incubation process. She usually serves as a guide and liaison between founders, top executives, employees, and external groups of advisors and investors. She is also an adjunct professor in several business schools in Barcelona, Spain.

Elena Emma holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Organizational Coaching from New York University, a Master of Science in Accounting, with an emphasis in Taxation, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Mathematics, from San Diego State University. She is currently working on her P.h.D in Management.
